Polices are the Backbone of our Team Collaboration

Following policies blindly doesn’t help, it is fine to break a policy, but when breaking policies do so with intention, that is what leads us to success.

Policy Categories

All of our policies are categorized by project and work area to make it a bit easier to find and learn our policies. No one is expected to know all of them, this is here for a resource. A single Policy can show up in multiple categories.

Personnel (HR) Value

Personnel HR Value Policies are probably the most important for workers to know as this effects your Pay.

Policy Prioritization

When we break a policy we are required to do “Policy Tracking”. But we can ONLY focus on so much at a time. So we start by focusing on Priority Policies. Overtime we hope to prioritize more policies.

What is a Policy Keeping?

  • Review that our work follows Policies
  • Review Checklist to see if we followed Policy
  • Request workers to do Policy Tracking for training

Why Policy Tracking?

  • By tracking our broken policies we learn
  • It is part of our training
  • Does effect our base pay, only bonuses

Use the policies as the tool that they are. Don’t let policies control us. Policies can always be changed if they no longer serve us.

FQN Decisions

Every Policy has its decision.
